Coach Fly, a former educator and now the director of athletic football performance and chaplain, exemplifies the values of Christ first, discipline, service, and hard work. With a master’s degree in Exercise Science, he has made a lasting impact on students across K–12 public schools, private institutions, online training, one-on-one training, and collegiate athletics.As a former Division I athlete who has navigated the challenges of body weight, Coach Fly truly understands the demands of peak performance and the struggles that accompany it. After overcoming significant physical and mental health challenges, including a pre-diabetic diagnosis, he achieved the remarkable feat of losing over 100 pounds—twice. Despite setbacks and moments of regaining weight, his faith became the source of strength and resilience, guiding him through his journey. This transformative experience has given him profound insights into the powerful connection between body, mind, and spirit.Today, Coach Fly inspires others to unlock their full potential—physically and spiritually—through faith-based coaching that fosters lasting transformation and purpose-driven living.
